Personally, I've just finished the automation of my blast furnace making me the metric asston of HSLA steel I need for my HP turbine, so while I let that run to itself i'm going to slay some demons for their blood shards so I can properly upgrade my bound armour.

That's me, what's anyone else up to?

That IS a big ass wall! Not a Game of Thrones-scale wall, but a big 'un :D

Agrarian Skies on single player for me! It's an ongoing project.

After that it'll be an FTB Lite 2-based custom pack, with some of my fave mods added in. Am thinking of doing a picture journal of my progress on that when I get started too.

In terms of playing the game, lately I kind of bounce between alpha 1.2.6, 1.2.5, and 1.4.7. Depends on the mood.

In a1.2.6 (using my own customizations) I was building a really long railway using my lattice blocks as a trestle, connecting my starting island base to a large house I built quite a ways away. I came to find that I may have to add powered track into that version since furnace carts don't have much oomph for large inclines.

In 1.2.5 (custom pack, typical Technic mods, along with Mystcraft, Thermal Expansion, Forestry, Thaumcraft 2, etc), I didn't disable any of the duplicate ores, and have intentionally avoided any kind of ore duplication or transmutation. I've been doing just fine, as a matter of fact! I've been trying to build up my MJ power infrastructure to run Forestry machines and quarries, and started my TC2 research. I'll probably go heavy on TC2 since I've never explored the mod fully and it would help in knowing what works/doesn't work properly in Intermediary (whenever I get back to it).

In 1.4.7 (which I think is originally based off of the Direwolf20 pack, just modified), I haven't gotten that far into it, mostly lots of mining and a typical IC2 base. But I'll probably take advantage of stuff like Soul Shards and some of RP2's later features (wind mills, tube frames, etc) to do things I haven't done in a long while. I used to get so far in 1.4 packs then give up when the framerate would get terrible on my older machines at the time. So we'll see what I can get done nowadays.

I played modded 1.7.10 for a while but I'm not really feeling it anymore. I have a vanilla server as well that I did some server-side changes to but I'm bored of that already as well.

Working on trying to talk my friends into playing minecraft. Minecraft server is lonely LOL. In the game I've been working on Botania. I made a home in a witchery village. There's a huge courtyard that I've ... acquired....

Next step is to create a jail 5 levels below the ground to move all the... villagers to for... "safe" keeping.

Actually working on learning how to mod. Thinking of something of "unique effect" jewelcrafting mod. And no, I'm not talking emerald pickaxe level stuff.

I need to start fleshing out everything..

currently I am working on getting a mine cart setup to gather lava from the nether. Thing that is holding me back is surprisingly the amount of gold that I have or rather not have.

I have yet to decide how I use it to get power as I need both rf and eu I think I will look into advanced generators(was that the name of the mod?) for that.

Out of curiosity: are you using the carts with Buildcraft tanks in, or chest carts holding liquid storage objects?

I have decided to go with tanks, to be honest going with items didn't even occur to me me.

If that did occur to me though I might went with a mfr treadmill delivery system but right now I only need to hook up the loader and unloader and I am done with it. But everything takes so much gold.

I am now at a point where I have more diamonds then gold.

After that I go further with the ore processing and delve a bit more in industrial craft for the over-clocker upgrades then ae system and after that I have no idea.

I...am planning to tear down my base and rebuild it to be more aesthetically pleasing, before I make more extensions. Blame rhn :p

I have some ideas and quite a bit of resources. However, I need a few more things:
For extending my ME network:
*Singularities (high-speed cobble gen already built)
*A dye farm (no idea how to approach that. I never needed one before)
*More power (A big reactor) and for that...
*A Magical Crops farm for uranium.

For building:
*Lots of marble. And for that...
*Even more power.

Sheep of all kinds of wool, being sheared by a rancher (I think it is), going into a pulverizer with all augments to increase secondary output... IIRC, coloured wool
gives off the dye as a secondary output ;)
Then bonemeal, mob farms ;)

I see your sheep and raise you the Botania flower generating flower, with drum thing and a vacuum hopper. All botania flowers can be converted into dyes.

Ah, that sounds reasonably compact and uncomplicated, indeed. Bonemeal is one thing I'm drowning it, so that won't be a consideration.

Meanwhile, here's a schematic for my new infusion room. I've found that I always forget something if I don't make detailed, plans, and my builds end up a bit messy as a result. I don't want that any more:

That's fine, but if you need to use vanilla "dyes" i.e. a recipe doesn't accept dyeBlack, it only accept ink sacs... then your idea is useless.
Although, if that isn't the case, then the Jaded Amaranthus is a good choice.. however, a drum wouldn't do anything, as that stores liquids. Filing cabinets may work though, if not a small 1k storage cell, just for botania, would last a long time :p

EDIT: You meant drum of the wild v_v I thought you meant liquid drums from ExU
