What pipes can xp go in

Im trying to make a mob trap and i need some pipes the xp can go through to get to me

there are no pipes for XP.

But you can use somethign like a half slab to give it a slot to flow out of.

Or use a brain in a jar in the trap area to collect it.

if you know who straymav is and have seen his spawner doesnt he use pipes?[DOUBLEPOST=1358742403][/DOUBLEPOST]he also has it setup to where all the things the mobs drop go into diamond chests

Brain in a jar sucks up xp orbs. Any pipes at an xp trap are there to suck up items.

When I used Buildcraft in Minecraft 1.0.0, XP Orbs went into obsidian pipes. I don't know if it was removed, or a bug, or what, but I don't know if it works now.
