What mod is this? (horizons modpack)

I was playing horizons and switched over to the dw20 pack. There was a mod in Horizons that allowed you to craft ender pearls with 2 mob heads. I want to add that to the direwolf20 pack, but I can't figure out which mod it is.

Slight hi-jacking: I had no idea this recipe even existed because of the sheer number of ender pearls to be had with the insane number of "fanmade endermen" running around in my horizons world.
