"What Mod?" - Block breaking damage bars...

In some recent YouTube videos (Example:

) I am seeing a mod that gives a block a "Health Bar" that drops as you break it, giving you a direct indicator of how fast you are breaking it. Does Anyone know what mod this is? I rather like it.

Wow, that's a texture pack feature? I didn't think Texture Packs actively changed like that?

same way when you break a block it changes how many cracks are in that block before breaking it

OH! Okay, I get it now! They modded the 'cracking' into the damage bar, that is super smart. Do we know what texture pack that is? They normally run Sphax and that's not Sphax.
