There is a mod that changes the GUI to different blocks, I was wondering what mod does this, and If I could add blocks to it.
What mod adds this?

In 1.6.4 it's a hard coded list of blocks, in 1.7.10 you can specify one block that will always be used.
I might add the possibility to specify the list of blocks that are supposed to be used.
