Problem What items to block on Ultimate server

hey i would like to get a list of items with id's if possible to block ,
and if possible please state a reason for each item.

I don't have ids, but here is what you can disable :
*Writing Desk - Mystcraft (So people can't create ages, they cause server lag if not created correctly, but you can write stable ages for them if you want to!)
*Minium Stone - Equivalent Exchange 3 (So people can't exploit dupes, for instance, 1 Log > 6 Planks [Sawmill] and then 4 Planks > 1 Log [Minium Stone] etc, or just disable the entire mod...)
*Canvas Bag - RedPower 2 (Dupe Glitch)
*Mining Laser - IndustrialCraft2 (Ultimate mining griefing tool)
*Wand of Excavation - Thaumcraft (People can grief with this too.)
*Tunnel Bore - Thaumcraft (Can be set up to dig people's bases.)
*Uncrafting Table - Twilight Forest (I'm not sure if the dupe glitch has been fixed, but I prefer to keep this disabled.)
*Gravity Gun (People can grief with this.)
*Portal Gun (Causes server lag.)

thanks it is some of the list i needed.
i know for sure Chunk loaders will have to be disabled.
but is it true that i have to disable quarrys and fillers and stuff?

As far as I know, Railcraft's World Anchors will do their job correctly at keeping chunks loaded without any problems for the cost of enderpearls (Fuel consumption can be disabled), ChickenChunks's loaders are buggy and may cause chunk resets.
For quarries, maybe if you setup some sort of a world protection plugin (WorldGuard), you can disable quarries placement in the overworld and have a Mystcraft age just for mining purposes.
As for fillers, yes they can be used for griefing, but I prefer to keep them enabled.
