What is this gassy rainbow cloud?!

You need to either upload a file using the "Upload a File" button, or you need to get the file hosted on an image hosting website (such as http://imageshack.us/) to be able to use the IMG tags.

Did you enter a MystCraft world, perhaps? Check the descriptive book for a rainbow symbol.

you cannot just link files on your computer to this forum. you need to host them on a site like the aforementioned imageshack.

as for the gassy rainbow cloud in the ultimate pack (which I got from your filename) the only thing that I can imagine causing that is a thaumcraft 3 aura node.

more information please? are you wearing goggles of revealing? If not, you need to host your screenshot.
