Problem What is the map mod allowing players to claim chunks, how to disable it.

Title says it all, it prevents even OPs from accessing these areas and I have a grief prevention plug-in already, also 50 chunks is a good bit to claim for one player.

As far as I remember if you are in creative you can access the area, the mod is FTB Utilities. You can limit the number on claimable chunks or disable caliming of chunks if you want to.
