What is the best way to bring in players to a server?

By that I mean is it best to go with a fresh server, or let them join the existing one my nephew and I have been working on for about 2 weeks.

We have 3gb of ram on the server, and can hold up to 60 people (ideally, I'd settle for 15-20) ... just enough to get a few people to socialize with and have fun.

Thoughts anyone?

also try to make your server a bit different then other servers.

Seriously:
try to deliver something special. Ad with a YT video eg.

Delete things that can dupe/crash the server, and build up a staff from people that you trust. Also, don't be too restrictive to who you hand out promotions to. If you never get promoted, there's less of an appeal to keep playing.

The best way to bring people is to offer something unique. Perhaps a mod combination? Custom addons? There are always people looking for many different things
