What is ChefMike?

Hi,

Does anybody know what the mod ChefMike include in the Epiccraft pack does?

or select it in the dropdown menu if the @chefmike doesn't work, seeing as some mods have some really weird names when you try to find them in NEI

According to EpicCraft's mod list, it is a "custom plugin (adds new recipes)". Not sure why Minetweaker would not work though.
