What is a name of this mod!?

I am looking for a mod name that displays the name of an item I am currently holding. I wanna disable it since it's driving me insane, but I am not sure which mod is it.
It shows a name if I am holding e.g. a block. If I am holding something like e.g. a sword, it will show it's durability.

I can't find any mod with armor or durability in the name

Think it's one of bspkrs' mods.

There is bspkrs core in the mod folder, however I can't find any of it's mods.
