What is a block that looks like the RedPower Grate?

I was looking over some ideas to make an AE room and in an image that I found, the flooring was RedPower Grates, which really holds the techy-industrial feel that would be really grate (pun-intended) for my base.

Using the FTB Modpack Monster, I want a block that has the aesthetic look of Grates.

I think Chisel mod has something similar.
or SoulShards' soul cages- just be careful building out of tile entities [possible lag issues]

the thing in that pic looks a lot like the xp drain from open blocks which is in most of the 1.6.4 packs if not all.
