What happened to Tinker's Steelworks?

This mod was in Agrarian Skies, and it had a style I liked and featured ore-tripling as well as steelmaking. I was hoping to see it in other modpacks? What happened? I can't even find a regular download...

The current version is dev only (i.e. not even alpha), so use at your own risk. I assume that's why he hasn't posted it to Curse Forge yet.
