What happened to Tech support?

As the title says. Where did the tech support thread go?

I'm having an issue with FTB. I wanted optifine to function with it to stop the stuttering. The only way to get optifine to work was to delete the Worldcore-unviersal file inside the 1.6.4 folder inside mods. To get it to work, you had to delete this Worldcore every time before starting the launcher, and the files would redownload the Worldcore and optifine would work. This worked for the last week. Now deleting it Worldcore and launching minecraft Comes up with a "CB's Deploader was unable to download" the worldcore file. It gives me a link to redownload the file needed, but that doesn't help the issue of not being able to run FTB with optifine. http://pastebin.com/X7xjw9PG

Thanks, but optifine fixes my game and allows me to play it. I'd like to get it to function properly again.
 
Sorry, no it doesn't. I've force updated, tried with and without the Worldcore file. FTB does work without optifine enabled, so it's likely not a java issue. Worldcore just isn't playing nice anymore like it has for the past week. Perhaps a different version of optifine will work? Sorry. I'm not a very technical person. I will try some different versions of optifine and will report back later.
Also, would you mind telling me where the Tech Support thread went? I haven't been here since for awhile. I've taken a really long hiatus from minecraft in general.

Tech support got moved to a different site dedicated to it(clicking on tech support takes you there.). As for Optifine, try Optifine Standard C1.

Hello! Well it seems like I've answered my own question! I was using Optifine 1.6.4 HD Ultra C7. For shits and giggles, I tried 1.6.4 HD Ultra C9 and it worked fine once I removed the WorldCore file!

Thanks a lot Wagon, your suggestion of trying another version of optifine worked well. Have a good one :P
