What fps should I expect?

Hi,

I am going to get a laptop really soon and I would like to know roughly what fps I should I get.

Is this enough to run the direwolf20 pack at a solid 30fps?

Best way to go about it is to download optifine and add it to the modpack on the ftb launcher that way when you are playing the game if you do get frame rape you can adjust the graphics in a more advanced way to allow for smoother game play.
