Problem What does this spammed Error mean?

Just got done with migrating my v4 of DW to V5 without problems. Now on to copy all files (including ThickTreading and Forge Essentials to my testserver) if i get the time with all the topics being made on the forums tonight lol..... goto love new releases

Sorry for the noobish question. But it was mentioned earlier that a way to avoid upgrading IC2 was to get the specific files from say, 181, and insert them in your current version. But I can't seem to find anything other than the current, stable, public version. Could you point out where these pre-release builds are? The spam is causing lag on just my single player machine. Can't even begin to open it to LAN if this continues.
