So I wanted to see how fast you could run an extractor. I jumped into a test world and got an industrial coil going. It was hard to tell if keeping adding zeroes on the creative industrial coil did anything so I setup some 32x CVTs. From what I could tell, this is the maximum rotarycraft things work at, as the dynometer displayed having only like 2 GW with speeds above this. Power of this level is not obtainable in survival.

Assuming each fusion reactor would create 40 GW which is the most ive about ever got one too you will need 82 fusion reactors. Pics soon on how to make that much ore.

Fusion reactor?
speaking of which, I wonder what the maximum sustained output capability actually is. (as in, you arnt using up a large buffer to boost, what you produce is going straight to the reactor, with very little surplus) or is it limited only by how much you are willing to build?

over to the guy who should know better than any of us.

Just as he finished the final mark of the ritual @Reika was summoned. Smoke filled the room until *poof* in the middle of the pentagram he appeared. Laying back on the air as if it was a couch slowly munching on some grapes, one by one. As he finished the sprig he pulled a canister, from thin air, of Canadian bacon out and started eating that too. He finished his odd meal and began to speak. The words he said well never be forgotten.

your god has forsaken you, all is lost.

also i'm envisioning a few smallish towers from bedrock to skyblock to contain all of these tokamaks. call it the "turn down for what? turn down for nothing son" build.

I do not like grapes..or any fruit for that matter. :p

Anyways, the max output is probably around 100GW for a 4-injector 4-layer-boiler reactor running on water (2x that for ammonia).

Unless there's a hard coded cap to energy gen it's always obtainable in survival. Maybe not reasonably obtainable but not impossible.

I now want a way to transport shaft power through qcraft portals. That would be amazing and allow for some incredibly awesome stuff.
