well after reading all of this thread i have come to the conclusion everyone is right and everyone is wrong. Simply because minecraft is a game that has such a broad fan base because their is something for everyone. Everyone play's it their own way and it shows one person's right is another person's wrong. just be happy to have a game with such a broad spectrum of players and personalities that it creates something for everyone. Honestly some people would considering using mod packs cheating and I'm fine with that i enjoy playing with mods so I do. but that doesn't make vanilla, creative, or mod based versions bad just a different point of view on how said person wants to play. all threads like this show is that vast range of difference's that people have and creates different areas were large groups of people can play together.
