What do to with lots of RF? (FTB infinity)

Seriously, though, pick a resource and build a factory to make that thing forever. One of my favorites to manufacture are Florbs (empty or filled with some liquid). If you want it to be more complex, pick something that's harder to make; Simply Jetpacks are another good (if much harder) choice.

RFTools dimensions can make a good RF sink. Especially if you make one where the ground is made of diamond blocks or some other valuable resource.
1. Make an automated setup to produce wither skulls.
2. Convert excess RF to EU
3. Feed wither skulls and energy into a Molecular Transformer
4. Enjoy your new supply of nether stars.
Quarter of a billion a go, it's pretty endgame.

My favorite method of this is a tier 2 stabilized wither skellie spawner from DE (because tier 3 is totally nuts). Let them fall into water/conveyor belts and get dropped in front of an AA using a wyvern sword with Looting V. A vacuum hopper takes care of xp orbs and drops and feeds an ME system with deep storage units for storage. Thousands of wither skellie skulls in mere hours. I also add reaper V to the sword for an endless supply of mob souls from the same machine.
Forgot to qualify looting V: I love RotaryCraft/Reactorcraft and a bedrock sword from RoC comes with Looting V once you make it. MFR Auto-disenchanter lifts the book and you can add the book directly to the wyvern sword's inventory to get the looting V effect. Sadly, when you add a looting V book to anything via the anvil, it cuts it down to looting III.
do wither skellies even drop souls? i farm them for hours and i get none. i eventualy resorted to having an essence liquid dimension and pump essence into a bunch of automatic spawners
or am i doing it wrong? im at pretty much the exact place where the op of this post is maybe even later in game
i got 200k diamonds blocks and endless supplys of pretty much everything except iridium
and how can i convert rf to eu in infinity? the only way i know is energy bridges but they dont exist in infinity

There are... Ways. >: )
If you're feeling creative, think up your own system. There are a LOT of ways to do it, and back when power converters were unheard of, it was considered a challenge to find more and more outlandish ways to convert between the two.
If you're not feeling creative, open this spoiler for just one method (I highly recommend you find your own).
Hook up RF production to a lava fabricator. Pipe the lava into an IC2 Geothermal Generator. Boom - RF to EU. This is probably quite inefficient, though; the lava fab is really a power hog. There are definitely better ways to convert - the core idea is to use RF to make something you can get EU from. How you do that is your job.
Kill a few thousand a day with a Reaper V sword you will be drowning in them! Or let an AA do it for you!
To get my first I safari net one and stuff it in an MFR autospawner. Eventually you'll get a soul and then its on!

minefactory reloaded's rednet cables work. Bit limited on the throughput, but you can have a bank of 50 of them outputting at once and you'll be sorted.
