I made some pumps and put all the lava in a quantum tank. it is holding 422,000,000 in it. I have no idea what to use it for. should I turn it all into cells or what
What can I do with all this lava!!

Do it Soaryn style and make a giant Xycraft tank that encases your house and fills up with lava. Or remake the nether in mystcraft but replace the lava with air, and try to fill the entire place back in with the lava you have by using grates and pumps and stuff.
And don't forget to take off your Hazmat suit beforehand. Trust me, you really don't want to go diving into lava in one of those.
Use it to light your base 
That's what i love to do, just make tons of liquiducts and put them in your walls and roof and whatever you want and then, pour lava... Lighting awesomeness..
or just centrifuge it to never have any lack of copper or tin
