What about Thaumcraft?

I watch the FTB Hermitcraft server and they have Thaumcraft. Is Thaumcraft included in FTB? If it is why isn't it listed under the mods?

Yes, TC is in all three big packs (Ultimate, direwolf, Mindcrack). I don't know about the other ones.
Because the mod listing hasn't been updated since beta.

It's definitely listed for Ultimate, YogCraft, Direwolf20, Mindcrack, FTB Lite, and Magic World. It's not included in the smaller/single purpose packs (i.e. Brony pack, RPG pack). It was intentionally left out of the Tech World pack (cause it's a magic mod) and wasn't included in the beta because it wasn't quite ready when that came out.

The challenge maps don't list any mods, but I can assure you the Pax Challenge pack has Thaumcraft.
