A liar, you mean? You seem to be hinting that he's a Medium, but his behavior says otherwise.
He at first refused to tell me, a proven role, his identity. He then claimed that a Seer read SpwnX, before telling me that he was actually "A second thief turned Seer".
I've already gone over why he can't be a Seer. By the same reasoning, it isn't possible for him to be a Thief.
If he was actually a Medium, his accusation could not have happened this late into the game. Why? Because, firstly, all Seers are dead. They can no longer use their powers, meaning that any reading they had would have happened before they died. When did our last Seer die, again? Night Four? Three nights ago? Yeah. Any "Just now" accusations from a Medium would have been leveled long ago.
Our Medium was either Fury or Fraction, as one of them had a forged (and therefore unknown) role. Victini lies like a rug.
Lock vote Victini
Victini was rather aggressive toward me when I was trying to proof to everyone my non-wolfiness and later contracted me for a role claim. He had then changed his vote even though a train was clearly trying to run me over, which then casted some suspicion on himself. All this leads me to think he's a actual villager.

The silence of the flute was so amazing. The town even trew a party. To celebrate how Shazam stopped playing his flute!
And as the village (Shazam) Tought that there coudn't be another seer.. There was!
As they Lynched victini they found out he was indeed a seer!
Then they heared a laugh in the distance of the city.. Followed by a cry.. Eruantien was lying dead on the ground
