Wait wait what you're confusing me. First you said we can only have one evolution. Now you're saying we must pick only one and stay that way? (Megas aside.)

thing is i want to try every mod so i can give my toughts about it
i can't (atm) with gregtech cause i don't like ic2

Honestly ic2 shoud update to RF and maybe become a bit less complicated with plates and such and il like it
(i know this is why ic2 is still here, but just let it look nice or something and everyone loves it:))
 
I like gregtech, I just have a short attention.

I'm also pretty sure you just described thermal expansion. I like ic2 (and even gregtech) the way it is.

Yep i did, But i see potenial in it just looking really industrial like with alot of multiblocks and such and loads of animations... [and rf power...]
 
GT (GT5, at least; earlier versions not so much, and GT6 isn't a whole lot more than worldgen and some tools at the moment) actually overrides a lot of IC2's stuff. GT has its own cables, its own pipes, its own machines, its own batteries (well, OK, it does borrow a couple from IC2), etc.

However, it is pretty seriously... well... Greggified, so if you're looking for simpler recipes and energy systems than IC2 has (GT5 cables are even more laggy and fire-prone than IC2's, and the pipes are even harder to use), you't best look toward to TE or EnderIO.
