The silence from GPuzzle and Jess is deafening. I'm starting to think neither of them are on the villager team. Whether they're both wolves, or a wolf + another one-man team that doesn't want to be found out, I don't know. We can gather some inkling, perhaps, from what we know:
TEAM VILLAGER:
- dgdas9 - Villager
- Eunomiac - Drunkard
- Staxed - Villager
- the_j485 - Villager
- Droideka30 - Dead - Hunter
- Henry Link - Dead - Bartender
- VikeStep - Dead - Fortune Teller
TEAM PIED PIPER:
(one-man team, confirmed eliminated)
- PeggleFrank - Dead - Traveling Musician
TEAM WOLF:
UNKNOWNS:
I mentioned this before, but in a basic game of Werewolf---with Werewolves, a Fortune Teller, and the rest Villagers---you typically bump the Werewolves up to three members when you have twelve players. We started with eleven, but our Villager team is a lot more stacked than in the basic game: not only did we have that Fortune Teller, but we also got an extra lynch vote in the Bartender, a potentially powerful copying role in the Drunkard, and a
Hunter.
So I'm beginning to think there might very well be three wolves, or a wolf and something even nastier---which would explain both GPuzzle and Jess' unwillingness to respond re: their roles. I might be leaning towards "a wolf and something nastier", because it doesn't look like GPuzzle and Jess are acting as a unit, which we might expect if they were both wolves, talking behind the scenes with full trust between them. So we might be playing against a wolf and another one-man team, perhaps a Serial Killer or (god forbid) an Arsonist, who's been quietly dousing us all game and is waiting for tonight to strike the match and kill us all (... I'm afraid, hold me).
This
would mean my theory about "the role that I suspect has to be in this game" is wrong, which would be weird for reasons I've discussed behind closed doors (sorry, ICount, I'm still trying to get you into those convos!).
Barring the presence of an Arsonist, we win tomorrow: Even if we lynch a villager today, we lose one to the wolves tonight, and still have enough to control the lynch vote tomorrow against the only remaining player who could be a werewolf.
So yeah, might as well lock in those votes early as I did, ICount will accelerate night if votes (and lists for power use) are send in early with "my final answer" attached.
