Well, game crashed and now no world appears in the "Singleplayer" menu

I was playing with the recommended version of direwolf20's pack and suddenly i had a crash, but this time, when i re-opened the game, my world wasn't there anymore, i checked the "saves" folder and the world folder still there, any help? Sorry for any english mistakes

Oh, huuuuuuuge thanks!! lucky that i keep all my inventory but a pickaxe inside an ender pouch haha. only downside is i lost everything in my arcane compendium
