Weird world generation glitch or feature from a mod?

I was playing Minecraft on FTB Infinity Evolved modpack and I've found something weird just normally exploring the world. It's just a mess of different blocks and I've never seen something like that before. I've taken some screenshots and I just want to know, is this a world generation glitch or feature from a mod? (Also, sorry for my bad English)

Looks like a world generation error. Those look remarkable similar shaped to the nearby trees. Maybe an item ID or name glitch?

I've gotten this before usually in a beta pack or a pack I've added/removed mod/s from.
