Weird vanilla planks glitch

Details of the issue The pack has a few extra mods added, TreeGrowingSimulator, VeinMiner, Iguana's Tinker Tweaks, Galacticraft (and some addons), and I can't remember if Mystcraft was part of the original pack or not but we have it now.

The glitch is a pretty weird one, any crafting recipe that needs wooden planks, from simple recipes like a vanilla crafting table or sticks to more complex recipes like ExtraUtilities Trading Posts, won't actually work at all if any of the Vanilla Minecraft planks are used. Any modpack planks work fine, so we've been keeping ourselves going by using Mahogany planks, but it would still be nice to not have to be restrained like this.

The weirdest part is, these recipes worked totally fine yesterday, and the weeks we've been playing the modpack before now, so something must have changed for some reason. If anyone has had a similar problem to this or know how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate any help :)
