Details of the issue:

So for some reason I have ridiculously low TPS on my world after updating the pack. It runs at a flat 2 TPS on most dimensions. Creating a new world helps a little bit, but it still only gives me on average about 16 TPS. On a server I might understand this, but I don't understand having this issue on single player? Additionally, on the game log, I get the error of "The server can't keep up." Any help at all would be great. Thank you!

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have reinstalled the pack completely.​

I'll be able to give you a full console log in about half an hour sorry. But my PC is custom built by myself.
Intel 4790k 4.0ghz CPU
16GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 770 2GB Superclocked
1000W PSU
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
The pack worked fine before the update, and the frame rate is fine, but tick rate is super low. The pack is slightly modified but the problems still persist without the extra mods as far as I can tell.

Update: It almost seems like longer I play, the worse the tps gets. It starts at about 16 and slowly decreases.
