Weird server lag even for Localhost

Details of the issue:
When playing on localhost the server will lag when walking too far away from our bases and will time out most of the time after a few minutes even for the localhost. When playing with a friend at the bases it works perfectly fine exploring but as soon as everyone leaves the base area it starts to lag and kicks everyone. Server never crashes but just times everyone out. Server also says its overloaded if no one is in game.​
