Problem Weird problem spawning items in Ultimate

I was just messing around with the server I just bought, and I was trying out the ultimate cheat armor.

When I got it from creative mod, I equipped it, it disappeared. Okay, so lets try something different. I tried using the power armor tinker table, and as soon as I placed it in the world, it instantly disappeared. I looked in cheat mod, without creative on, and when I tried spawning the items in like that, it said that they don't exist. So strange.

Any ideas on what I should do? Is it a server config problem? Or am I just a dumbass, lol

Is it possible you have a different config in your client than in the server?

If the item IDs are different, if the items are disabled in the server side config, or if the mod isn't installed in the server, you would have this problem. NEI tries to create the item, your client recognizes it, but when the server doesn't recognize it the item will "disappear" like that.
