Weird lag when looking up in full screen mode

When i look up while walking or going up a ladder i get this weird lag, but no fps drop. This only happens when I'm in full screen but not when I'm in windowed mode. It's hard to describe but it kind of looks like the blocks are skipping and aren't moving along smoothly, but it only happens when I look up, not straight up but near a 30 degree angle.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've bone some research but there seems to be no other cases that I can find!

Thanks to anyone that can provide any help.

I'm currently using the 1.5.2 Unleashed Modpack, no texturepack, 64-bit Java.

Again i have solved my own problem... after some video settings tweaking i found out the turning Vsync: off fixed my problem.
