Weird Issue

So, weird thing, whenever I log onto my server I am in creative mode. Not sure why. The server is set to normal difficulty and game mode is set to 0 as well. But I keep getting signed on in creative.
 
You need to switch your NEI settings out of creative mode by going into the options from the inventory screen.

also NEI after install defaults to cheat mode so if your OPed you wil want to turn that off to.
