Weird inventory information (Slot Numbers)

Details of the issue:
Today i was messing around with some config files trying to give myself permissions on NEI for cheat mode, when i relaunched the modpack, i know get this weird information screen in all inventories showing 'slot #' and some other things, it doesnt show any names of items etc, was wondering if anyone knows how to remove it and have it back to the original? screenshot provided in the log link. TIA​

If you didn't save the original files, then do a force update from the options tab

will that lose any changes i have made? because i have added a few of my own mods and changed the configs to my liking
