Summary of the problem Wierd Bug

What is the bug? Very strange bug that I'm not really sure how to describe. Itemducts, fluiducts and fluxducts disconnect from each other but still work (sometimes). Machines either become pink and black blocks, or mess up their side config (input side, output side etc ) on thermal machines (pulverizer etc). Refined storage cables with chisel and bits 'covers' are invisible and cant be removed. See images, they will explain much better. This happened once when I came back from mining, nothing that I did was different to normal.

Mod & Version I guess its thermal dynamics, thermal expansion and multipart.

Is it repeatable? I have no idea how I would repeat this.
