Imagine. You've bred your bees to be perfect, and finally you can unleash them. The float around you and attack things that attack you and things you attack, or anything you throw pheromones at. Apiarist would have a whole different meaning.
We should be able to breed/genetically engineer combat bees.

Excited bees cause lightning and don't take much to achieve. Noobs have been known to breed them by accident and unleash the wrath of Thor upon their base.
There are actually a lot of really dangerous and/or griefy bee effects to work with. The unofficial wiki has a page, but basically everything from nausea to the sudden appearance of firebats.
Also try Austere bees. Bump up their territory size to Largest, and watch as your enemies can barely get close to the apiary/alveary without dying.
They have the Creeper effect, which basically causes spontaneous explosions. They killed me in an instant even with full MPS armour on. It's insane.

My demonic or austere bees killed my whole animal farm on my first try to get them. And I was wondering how all my animals vanished all at once.
