Ways to kill blazes

I'm looking for ways to kill blazes (from a T5 spawner). I want to use something other than water and i dont want to worry about the XP lagging out a server.

tried tesla coils. They wouldnt drop the blaze rods for some reason. I didnt think about MFR though

Now whenever anything stands infront of it the turtle with continuously hit it with a sword. Make a line of these and you are set!

Right, I forgot about that part. I haven't written code for a turtle in a while, and by a while I mean like 5 months... :/

Yes.

Want another tip?
Dispensers with snowballs.
More efficient than golems.
The only problem is I can't think of a way to get infinite snowballs except a bug using pistons, obsidian pipes and snow golems.

Easiest and cheapest is to suspend a layer of water above the spawner using signs, and put a layer of water below. They will be pushed into the water below and drop rods.
