Is there a way to automate thermal blends that need different fluids rather then pulling out 1 bucket at a time?

Are you thinking along the lines of Signalum, which needs redstone, or Enderium, which needs liquid ender - that sort of thing? If so, it may be worth checking out the Cyclic Assembler (if its in the current version) - that has an internal tank for using fluids instead of buckets of fluid in a crafting recipe. I'm not 100% sure how that would be handled with multiple recipes in a single assembler though, you might need a machine for each recipe.

EDIT: As an aside (and bear in mind I haven't tried this):
Immersive Engineering's assembler has 3 fluid tanks, meaning that you could automate up to three such recipes, in principle.

Sadly no cyclic assembler in 1.12.2, but the immersive engineering assembler works fantastic thanks for that.
I was afraid of that, I thought I hadn't seen it in mod spotlights. I'm glad the IE one works though, thanks for letting me know! :)

There's been rumors that the Cyclic Assembler is getting some significant overhauls, and there's been rumblings of Logistic Pipe-like interaction between the Cyclic Assembler and Thermal Dynamic itemducts for on-demand crafting through some means in CoFH.

This would be fantastic. Im telling ya the more and more i play around with thermal mods it kinda negates alot of other mods. In fact been going through the pack i put together today saying hmm do i really even need this mod? LOL

I know the intention is to break up the Thermal Mods more so they're more independently configurable. So you can have Thermal Dynamics for ducting, without having say Thermal Automation be in place. There was also talk of a TE quarry, as part of Thermal Excavation for example.

What I did was set it up to craft buckets of fluid, so if I requested a batch of tenderloin it would send 4 ender pearls and a bucket to a set up which would melt the ender pearls and put the resonent ender into a bucket, it would then extract the bucket and craft the blend with it

I've automated blends purely using thermal expansion and other thermal mods. Use a magma crucible to deposit melted Redstone, Gladstone, resonant ender into a fluid transposer, send a bucket to the transposer using filters which goes back into the storage system once filled. Multiple buckets for more blends per operation!
