Wanting to create a custom modpack.

So I want to create a custom mod pack for me and my clan. I want to use the FTB Launcher. How would I got about making my own custom one and posting it to the FTB Launcher?

I've searched on google and youtube and have yet to find any information on it. If the FTB Admins can open a line of communication and walk me through the process that'd be awesome.

Make your modpack and go thru the proper posting procedure in the following link.

You'll also need permissions for all the mods in your packs-

The main permissions themselves can be found here, and anything listed as open here can be included without mention. If it says Notify, all you have to do is provide a screenshot of you notifying the mod author.

If it's not listed there, another great place to check is the FTB Central Mod Permissions, where all sorts of author have granted permission for you to use their mods.

Last but not least, if you're basing your pack off of one of the FTB 1.6.4 packs, you can use the Extendable Permissions set.

Otherwise, you'll need to grab the permissions off the mod thread itself. You'll need to get the Mod Name, The Author's Name, a link to the Mod's page, the Modpack permissions license of the mod, or a screenshot the Mod Author giving the permissions.

Once you've done that, you should be set.

I was planning on making it 1.7.10. So on that list, the Green ones I just have to link to the mod page I don't need to contact the mod developer. I probably will but I'm just making sure so I don't get into trouble.
