Wanted to verify my problem

Details of the issue:
After I launch my FTB and you see the white load screen that shows the file load progress, once that its done and it should switch over to where you pick Single or multilayer. At this time my computer just shuts down every time. Is my power supply dieing? it it my video card? What should i look at first?​
