Wand of Equal Trade odd bug

Anybody else getting this where the wand when LEFT clicked to replace individual blocks, appears to make the block vanish instead of replacing? The thing is, only the client believes the block is gone. The server knows the block was replaced correctly. You can't see it, and if you walk on it, the game acts all wonky like it wants to fall through. If you click on the empty space, the block comes back like its supposed to be. Its really annoying because you have to manually go back and "fix" all the ones which didn't work properly. That, or log out and back in again I suppose. This only happens when you left click with the wand. The right clicking "chain reaction" style replacement works just fine. Also back in 1.4.7 I used the wand a lot with left clicking and it never did this. Only now in 1.5.2 is it acting all buggy. Anybody know what this is?

Desync. There isn't much you can do to fix it, although there may be a solution in the code to have it do block updates or something for every block changed.
