Wand enchanting?

Can anyone explain how I can enchant my thaumium bossed wand? (TC4)

I wanted to give ie treasure using Infusion Enchanting but it doesn't work. I have everything setup but when I tap the runic matrix nothing happens. Any ideas or am I doing it completely wrong?

I don't think the wand itself is enchantable, you need to enchant the caps.

I believe you can only enchant the foci, not the wand itself.

Yep, the wand itself is just for storing vis, you enchant the foci with various enchants, then you swap between foci with the "F" key (by default) when your wand is equipped. Some combination of Shift- or Ctrl-F should remove the active focus without putting a new one on (it's been a while, give me some slack...).
