Walia permanently hidden

Details of the issue Ok, added Cyclic, Enviromental Tech, Flux Networks, Mekanism, Random Things, Simply Jetpacks 2, Slugs Converters, and Solar Flux Reborn.

Ok, this is odd. Was working until recently, can't remember if I changed anything or not. I go into Walia's config, it shows Show/Hide Walia set to Hidden. If I click it to Visible and go "Back" or "Esc" it resets back to Hidden. How do I get Walia to be visible again ? Thanks!
