Problem Votifier

Im having issues getting votifier to work with my mind crack server port is open tried the bukkit version and the modded forge version. i use mcpc+ and am trying to use the GAListner. Any help would be greatly appreciated having some real problems with it and would love to get it working. also tried the flat file listener and it says
[WARNING] Unable to log vote: Vote (from:mindcrackservers.com username:
Test address:0.0.0.0 timeStamp:1366677834)

i would say simplevotelistener that's what i use and works well
