Vodka Drum in Extra Utilities?

Me and a friend are playing on a little private server I am hosting and we were joking around as Russians. Then I harvested some potatoes and I told my "comrade" we could now make some Vodka for the "motherland". I then actually wondered if it could be a real thing, so I typed Vodka into NEI and the only thing I found was a "Vodka Drum" from Extra Utilities and no other ways through use of potatoes to get there. Does anyone know where this comes from and perhaps how to legitimately acquire it, for reasons?

There are Tipsy Bees that produce the Drunken effect. Not sure if they speak Russian or not, though.

I think the drums are created through the liquid dictionary- so theres a mod that adds vodka as a forge liquid somewhere.

If theres a rum drum it might be IC2EXP. (yes vanilla IC2 has rum. its just a hunch that the EXP guys added vodka)

I suppose I will try to put potatoes into the IC2 Booze Barrel for science.

Would there be any possible way to find the mod that adds this? It is obviously unfinished, but still interesting.

WAILA should show what mod it is in a tooltip if you can find the liquid itself in NEI.
