What is the bug? FTB Beyond 1.4.2

The yellow glass is Glowing Glass from Extra utilities 2
All of the other non machine blocks are Painted Glowstone, Painted as stone bricks or a vairant of colored antiblock.

Is it repeatable? Constant effect.
Known Fix Besides putting a layer of opaque blocks under the glass which would kill the look I'm going for. N/A.
