Villager trade bug

I have a private modpack (BC, Logistic Pipes, TiCo, TC, Railcraft, TE, MFR, EnderStorage, Morph, NEI, InvTweaks, StorageDrawers, JABBA, BiblioCraft, Carpenter's Blocks, Tall Doors, fastcraft, Rejs Minimap and ThaumicTinkerer) and updated it yesterday.
Since then every time I attempt to trade with villagers the game freezes and java crushes with an OutOfMemory exception. I have no stacktrace and no crashlog (yes I searched the whole MC subfolder tree). Any Ideas?

You need to increase the -xmx parameter passed by the launcher?

No, it was the permgen. I increased it and now it runs smoothly. Thanks anyway
