Very Slow download speeds

Title Very Slow download speeds

Launcher Type Twitch Desktop App

Modpack Direwolf20 1.12

Modpack version 1.3.0

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue I have 20mb line and it takes me less than 3 min to download a 180mb file but its taking me 30min and counting to download the mod through the twitch app and through the FTB website. Not sure what information you need from me.

Restart your computer and try again.

Does this also happen with other mod packs or just this one?

Do you have any antivirus / or other security software on that machine that might be blocking?

(I had no issues, tried both twitch app, browser and command line)
