Very quick question involving Mooshrooms

Hey so, quick question.

Is there a fast way to find/make a mooshroom without having to spawn one?
I'm playing FTB Ultimate.

Spam mystcraft ages, you're bound to find one with mooshrooms.

I believe that BOP has biome(s) that have mooshrooms in them too, so if you're more of an adventurer, you can go out exploring and find them that way much more easily than in Vanilla.

Definitely this. You don't even need to spam ages, they're pretty common to find. I'm pretty sure Mystcraft breaks the mooshroom spawning behavior, I always find them in places they shouldn't be

BoP does have a recipe for shroom powder though, anyone ever tried using it on a cow out of curiosity?

Pretty sure you could talk power crystals into adding a syringe for it.

Huh. It's been so long since I've found a legit mushroom biome/mooshroom in minecraft (yknow, vanilla), I had forgotten how much I loved them.

You can find them in the Fungi Forest biome in BoP

Then your only option seems to be either to install the mod that lets you make them from cows or find a mushroom island.

Pretty sure you could talk power crystals into adding a syringe for it.

It should have a 0.01% chance to spawn a Minoshroom or explode the cow in a cloud of spores that converts all grass in a 5 block radius in to mycileum! If you are caught in the blast you end up with a shroom growing out of your head that you can remove by sneaking with an empty hand for one free red shroom.

Just an update, I found a little mushroom biome in a Mystcraft Age.
