Vertical Ascent/Decent Frame Door

I'm having trouble with making a frame door where the wall goes down, then slides back up after x amount of seconds. One of the main problems is that the slabs on top of the doorway, and the logs on the sides are also going down/up, when I just want the 3x4 blocks in the middle to do so. I am powering the frame motors with (too many) thermopiles (as a test), so I should have constant energy.

I would love to see a skeleton model so I can see exactly what I have to do. I usually use rs-latches to time things, but it seems I can't do it with this, so I tried (and failed) with toggles latches.

To prevent the logs from moving with the frames, put covers on the side of the frame facing the log.
For timing the door I would recommend ComputerCraft.

Never mind, I seemed to have figured it out myself.
