I can personally report having 35 in cheat, I think the number of pages is dependent on the size of your window.

DW20 has Compact Solars while Ultimate instead has Advanced Solars, but otherwise all mods in DW20 are in Ultimate.

no like i said depends on screen size if you use a res of 1440x900 like me you get 55 pages DW is recording so he prob has a screen res 1280x720 so less items can fit on screen thus theres more pages

I'll assume that, by "pg," you mean player, in that your player sometimes keeps moving when you release the "wasd" keys? That happens and is annoying, but I believe is a bug in Minecraft even without mods.

If you're asking why your world with stuff in it has less FPS than a new world, then that's because a lot of the stuff in FTB causes an FPS drop. Usually a tolerable one, but still an FPS drop.

The first one is the save file for your overworld, the second ones are for specific dimensions: the Nether, End, Twilight Forest, Mystcraft ages, Dimensional Doors if you have it installed, etc. I think they're compatible; you can copy your Nether file into your End folder and your End'll be a copy of the Nether, but I'm not sure. Also note that chunks you haven't generated yet will generate with the respective dimension's world generator as opposed to the world generator of the dimension in which that file was originally generated.
